Beaded and Tasseled

Going out this weekend?! This fun outfit is definitely for you then dolls! As a 24 year old, most of us are working or in school, and when we’re done for the day we don’t mind going out with our friends for a drink or two after. Instead of looking tired and shab, this is the perfect outfit for transitioning from day to night.

Wear the top for work, tucked in with some high waisted flare pants and nude pumps, and keep the skirt in your gym bag for later! OR wear the skirt with a high neck top and keep the lace up one in your gym bag. Whatever you decide, you’ll end up with the end result:

Outfit Details: Skirt- H&M, Top- H&M (sold out, similar), Black Mules- old, similar, Earrings- old, similar

This skirt adds some fun details with the aztec print and beading, but I think what really won me over was the tassel hem! How adorable is it!? Tassels are super in right now, so its a cute touch. Because the skirt is so loud, I went with a simple top that is less understated than the skirt, but still packs a punch.

I went with a navy satin lace up top which is a trend I can’t get enough of! Lace ups add the right amount of sexiness without showing too much skin. The satin material on this one makes it feel and look more luxurious than it is. The navy color is super vibrant and a way better alternative than my usual black to add a pop of color.

I went with gold statement earrings, because what is a night out without making a statement!? This look is super simple to recreate and makes the most of what you might wear to work or school so you can get double the wear out of it!
