If you’re that girl that commands attention to a room when you walk in, this jumpsuit has your name written all over it. I initially got this to wear in the summer, but I realized how perfect it was to wear for VDAY too.
This outfit is sexy but classy at the same time, which is what we aim for. The wide leg of the jumpsuit elongates your legs making you have supermodel legs. Plus I just love anything 70’s inspired. The plunging sweetheart neckline is PERFECT for Valentines Day, it has a heart shape and come on, who wouldn’t want to wear a piece of a heart as part of their outfit on a day about love?
I went with this berry tone in the red family to keep it non traditional, but still pertaining to Valentines Day. I matched the rasberry hue with a rasberry lip, one of my favorites ❤ I topped this look off with some barely there heels and a leopard clutch to bring out my wild side 😉 Seriously, its such an easy way to dress up a minimalistic outfit.
Lastly, can we talk about this necklace!? A lot of the jewelry I wear with my American clothes usually has some sort of Indian influence whether its intricate details or bright colors. I love love this necklace by Jawaahir Studio. Their pieces are gorgeous, contemporary, and versatile, as you can see on their Instagram. Not to mention what girl doesn’t love beautiful gold plated jewelry with real semi precious stones!? I’m dying over that onyx colored gemstone. I love that I can wear this necklace with an Indian or American outfit and it looks flawless both ways. With Valentine’s Day coming up, I think this would be a great gift to yourself or the men that read our blog (wink, wink) snatch these up for the lady in your life or they even make jewelry for men too! The best part is, they’re giving a 10% discount to all our followers using the code THEDESIDOLLS, so I would snag this deal as fast as you can! You can see other pieces and how we styled them in Charishma’s last blog post.
I think this outfit would be perfect to wear out to a fancy dinner with your boo, or out clubbing with your friends if you’re single. I love the spirit of Valentine’s Day because it’s about celebrating love with your family, friends, and bae. It’s never been that big of deal to me because my birthday is the day after, hehe. So I usually just have a casual dinner with my boyfriend we really just celebrate my birthday after with my family. I urge you to celebrate love and focus less on if you’re single or in a relationship, it makes the day so much more fun. I would love to know what your plans are for Valentine’s Day, comment below and fill me in!
