Poms and Pink

Just because the weather is getting cold doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice warmth to look cute. This is the perfect outfit to grab when you have all your basics in your closet on a chilly day and you just need to find a way to put it all together.

Basics are your friend. It’s most definitely going to save you some money, while still keeping your outfits interesting. Keeping it color blocked and as simple as possible is what is going to make your outfits look clean and Pinterest worthy.

Outfit Details: Black Turtleneck- Forever 21, Pink Rockstud Heels- DSW, Pom Beanie -(found in store but similar here), White Skinnies- American Eagle, Tory Burch Black Clutch- old, but similar here

This black turtleneck kept me super warm and yes, you may have thought I committed a fashion faux pas, but I love wearing white after Labor Day (Idk who even made that rule). I topped a black beanie on my head with a cute pom on the end to keep the colors monotone, and let’s be real, it hides a bad hair day well. I think beanies are so cozy for winter. Styling it like how I did here really puts an unexpected twist on my outfit with such dressed up heels.

These KILLER heels make this outfit. I don’t own many heels because I’m close to 5′ 7.” My boyfriend hates when I wear heels because I usually end up being a basketball player. These heels were less than 3 inches, which is what I was looking for and were functional and comfortable to walk in (jackpot). The best part about them is that they are made to look like the designer Valentino Rockstud Pumps, when in reality I snagged them for 1/16th of the price. I’m being serious, 1/16th. Because I don’t own many heels, most of the colors I do own are nude and black. When I saw the price on these, I knew I had to add a statement pair of heels to my shoe collection. I want to help a doll out, so y’all NEED to get these, I have used them more than I ever thought I would.
